If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your Genteel lancing device, we will gladly issue you a refund once you’ve shipped back the device. Please contact our Support team to request an RMA# to begin the return process.*

Additionally, all purchases are backed by a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty that guarantees the product’s functionality after the first year of purchase (though many of our customers have used their device for 5+ years). If, for any reason, your Genteel device stops working within the first year of purchase, please contact our Support staff and we will work through the issues and provide the necessary replacement parts to make sure you or or your loved one continue having a pain-free blood draw experience.

*Due to FDA restrictions, we cannot accept returns and/or issue refunds on opened boxes of lancets or used contact tips or nozzles. We also cannot accept returns or issue refunds without a RMA# issued by our Support team.
