I’m not getting any/enough blood.
The main reasons for Genteel not getting enough blood are that:
- you’re using a Contact Tip that’s too shallow
- an incompatible lancet
- not holding the Activation Button down long enough (5+ seconds)
- not enough circulation on your test location (rub for 10 seconds and bring the blood to the surface and retry)
